Zumba!!

Regular physical activity in life is important for so many reasons – not only will your health improve, but you’ll also meet new people. There’s something to suit everyone with wide range of exercise classes.

Zumba is known as the ultimate dance party, bringing together Latin-inspired moves and music with more traditional aerobic exercises. Zumba Gold classes are set at a level and pace suitable for all ages and abilities, and are so much fun that it won’t even feel like exercise.

Youth Power!! [Tuesdays 7.15pm - 8.15pm]

Youth Generation

SPAL Youth Club is a great way for young people to get involved in different sports and activities.

Coming to the youth club is also a great way for you to meet other people. By participating in youth club will give the youth an opportunity to fully understand the benefits of taking part in different sports and activities that SPAL provides.

Let's Dart [Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm]

Darts

Round the world or round the clock, is a fun game for all skill levels. The game uses all the numbers on the board, which makes it especially good for beginners. A player must hit the numbers, 1-20, in sequence before your opponent. Hitting double and triples counts but just a single score. A perfect turn would advance you three numbers.

Tennis on Table [Mondays & Wednesdays 7pm - 8.30pm]

Table Tennis

Table tennis, also known as ping pong, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth across a table using small bats. The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net.

Except for the initial serve, the rules are generally as follows: players must allow a ball played toward them to bounce one time on their side of the table, and must return it so that it bounces on the opposite side at least once.

Health is Wealth (Yoga) [Wednesdays 7.15pm - 8.30pm]

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures and breathing.

There's some evidence that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain – depression and stress.

The modern man is under increasing pressure in every aspect of his life – Men’s Fitness is here to make his life easier. Just because more information than ever is available online, it doesn’t mean that this information is any good. Men still want advice that will have a major positive impact on their career, their relationships and their physical performance and they want it from a respected authority they can trust in an expert coach.

Stay Blessed (Bhajan-Kirtan) [Saturdays 7pm - 10pm]

Bhajan

A Bhajan may be sung individually, or more commonly together as a choral event wherein the lyrics include religious or spiritual themes in the local language.

The themes are loving devotion to a deity, legends from the Epics or the Puranas, compositions of Bhakti movement saints, or spiritual themes from Hindu scriptures.
